You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to: (a) immediately notify Trehive of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Trehive cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 3.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
You retain your ownership rights in the User Content you submit to Trehive. However, by submitting User Content to Trehive, you hereby grant Trehive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and Trehive's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
You also hereby grant each user of the Services a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the Services, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Content as permitted through the functionality of the Services and under these Terms.
For paid services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. If Trehive does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Some services may have separate terms and conditions that govern their use.
All payments are processed securely. Trehive uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.
Pricing for our services is clearly communicated before any purchase. All prices are in Nepal Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice.
In no event shall Trehive be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. You specifically acknowledge that Trehive shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
You agree that Trehive may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this Agreement or your inactivity in the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Nepal.
Trehive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
